A few helpful details
Logo & Artwork Setup
If your design includes a logo, graphic, or
illustration, it will need to be converted into an embroidery file before stitching. This process typically starts at $15, with slightly higher pricing for more detailed designs. Please include your image with your request form so I can provide an accurate quote.
Sample Approval
I’ll stitch one sample for you to review and
approve before completing your item. If additional samples are requested, each
one will be priced the same as the embroidery on your item.
Turnaround time
Most orders are completed within 5 business days after your item is received. You’ll receive a text message when your order is ready along with your final total.
Payment
Payment is accepted via cash, check, or Venmo.
